State v. M.B.: Client was arrested for her 3rd offense DUI. After a long day of trial and testimony, client was found not guilty by the jury in 8 minutes!

State v. L.G.: Client was arrested by the highway patrol for DUI. Client blew a .12 on the breath test machine. Client was found not guilty by the jury.

State v. T.A.: Client was arrested for DUI. He blew more than double the limit at a .17. Client did ok on field sobriety tests. Client was found not guilty by the Jury.

State v. C.W.: Defendant failed field sobriety tests and blew a .12 on the data master breathalyzer machine. The jury found the client not guilty after a two day trial.

State v. B.L: Breath test refusal case where the defendant performed the standardized field sobriety test for the state trooper. Defendant “failed” the tests. The jury found him not guilty.

State v. S.R.: This case was a DUI charge on one of the local beaches. The beach municipal court set the case for a jury trial. The officer would not compromise with an acceptable plea offer. We tried the case and won. The jury found the client not guilty. The officer then told me he learned a few things about DUI’s from me during the trial.
